Cyrus Askin, MD is a physician board-certfified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care. He has assumed numerous roles since moving to El Paso, Texas, to include Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency at his teaching hospital. Cyrus's interests include Boston sports, rare whiskey, all things music and making the occasional bad decision with the best friends anyone could ask for. He is a grateful husband and father of a nearly-ferral 2 year-old. He is a huge fan of FOAMed with aspirations to start a multimedia podcast of his own one day!
He/Him Alex is a contributing author to The Curbsiders Digest. When not writing for The Digest, Alex works as a research fellow in implementation science at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School and also practices clinically as a hospitalist. Alex currently has two cats and one dog, and he aspires to grow the family by adopting a pet rat as soon as his wife will allow it.
Dr. Mancini is currently working as a hospitalist at MGH and will start an endocrinology fellowship at Stony Brook in July 2023. She is a regular contributor to The Curbsiders DIGEST Newsletter. A Med-Peds doctor who has made his way to the Buckeye state after completing medical school and residency at Indiana University. I am active in GME at the Ohio State University as the Lead Physician of the General Internal Medicine Clinic at Outpatient Care East and work with faculty development as the Director of Education and the Program for Digital Scholarship for GIM.
